Dubbed NcMusic by iOS developer Fllotouch, the tweak allows you to play music or navigate through your music playing from the iPod interface via two buttons in the bottom center of Notification Center; play and next.

If you quit your third party music application via the mutlitasking App Switcher, as in completely close out of the application, NcMusic will re-default back to the stock Music application.

Functionally, it can be difficult to tap on the little buttons as if you goof up, Notification Center will close instead. The controls do work as advertised.
